To help undergraduates explore ethical issues from the perspective of the marginalized. This introductory book exposes undergraduates to how those who reside on the margins of society understand and implement ethnical precepts and how their worldviews may challenge what the dominant culture has defined as ethical. The book is divided into four parts. The first part explores how Christian ethical systems are formed and how ethics developed by marginalized peoples is shaped somewhat differently. The next three parts present case studies in:?global relationships (global poverty, war, environment)?national relationships (national poverty, political campaigns, life and death issues)?business relationships (corporate accountability, affirmative action, private property). In each area, De La Torre leads the reader through a process of 1) observing, 2) analyzing what is happening, and 3) reflecting on the ethical dilemma using a theological or biblical approach. Five short case studies or situations are then presented, with questions to stimulate student reflection, consider possible action, and reassess the ethical perspective
